New release, more dect hardware supported

So here we are with a new release. The main new feature is updated com-on-air packages, which should add support for type3 cards. Cheers to the dedected.org team for making this happen! However none of the developers have a type3 card so we rely on your help for testing with type3 hardware. We now only offer one image, which should work for both CD and USB media, thanks to Damjan for the hint. Other changes include the addition of pidgin with silc and otr support, a little script to aid with the installation of propriatery nvidia drivers, a updated kernel (2.6.28.5) and your usual run of package updates. We are looking for people that are capable of doing good bug reports and own some dect hardware supported by com-on-air. If you think you can help us with that please poke jensp on irc or jabber.
